A multi-phase refurbishment and redevelopment project, transforming existing leisure and hospitality facilities into vibrant contemporary guest spaces. Phase one included the conversion of the existing entrance foyer into a premium bar and lounge area with covered external seating, alongside refurbishment works to the swimming pool, changing facilities and toilets.

Phase two delivered the full transformation of a large open plan restaurant into an immersive entertainment venue, complemented by extensive external works including bespoke pergola structures, splash pad installation, children’s play areas and integrated landscaping designed to unify and enhance the overall guest experience throughout the scheme.
