A complete refurbishment and transformation of the existing entertainment venue into a vibrant contemporary food and beverage destination inspired by the Cornish coastal setting. The redevelopment introduced a new open plan restaurant and bar environment with a fully refurbished commercial kitchen capable of serving approximately 370 internal and external covers.

The scheme included the installation of a bespoke feature bar, themed seating booths, decorative display elements and integrated visual feature walls, alongside extensive external works including a covered pergola dining terrace and landscaped outdoor seating areas designed to maximise the coastal views and guest experience.
