Craig Tara 'Mash & Barrel' - The holiday park restaurant was extended to increase the number of covers together with a full internal refurbishment. The extension was of split-level design, incorporating floor to ceiling windows promoting views across the Firth of Clyde. External seating areas formed part of the development with large 'Jumbrella's' providing protection from the traditional Scottish weather . The restaurant was re-branded 'The Brigs of Ayr', based upon the poem by Robert Burns. Interior Design by Leisure Concepts.
